These open box items are either 1) a display or demo unit from our store, or 2) an opened but barely used item that a customer sent back for a refund. All open box products have undergone rigorous testing to ensure that they function just like brand new items. Please note that sometimes accessories like manuals and CDs might not be included, and that printer supplies like ink, toner, and paper may have been opened or used.
