The CompactFlash to SATA HDD Adapter is designed to enable Compact Flash media (type I or II) to be used as a direct replacement for a 2.5" SATA hard drive. With a low-powered and shock-resistant CF card, you can use it in a laptop or any device that accepts a 2.5" SATA drive. Once installed, the CF appears as an ordinary SATA hard drive to any OS and can even be configured as a boot device. Also compatible with Microdrive. CF cards not included.
