Free Ground Shipping
We at 3B Tech believe that the price you see is what you should pay. All prices on our website are eligible for Free Shipping. Simply add the items to your cart and check out; that's it!
Ground packages ship via UPS and the US Postal Service, depending on the package size and weight, insured value, etc. If you want to guarantee that your package goes out UPS, this option is available for only $3.99, no matter how large your order is.
Free shipping does not apply to orders shipping outside the 48 contiguous United States (i.e. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO / FPO addresses). Select "Premium Ground for AK, HI, PR, APO" in the shipping calculator and click Apply for a shipping estimate. Additional shipping and handling charges apply for these orders, as we will physically take your packages to the post office for USPS shipping. If you are shipping to Canada, select "UPS Canada" for a shipping estimate. Free shipping is not available for non-prepaid orders, such as government or school purchase orders that have Net 30 terms.
Order & Shipping Status
Most orders will be processed and shipped on the same or next business day. If you absolutely need your order shipped same day, please phone our sales staff at 877-328-3248 for rush processing options (additional fees may apply). If your shipping address is different than your billing address, your information will need to be verified with your credit card company, which can delay shipment. If we are unable to verify this information, your order may be canceled without notice; please ship to your billing address when possible to avoid delays. Please allow three to five business days or more for assembly and testing of systems, barebones, and motherboard combos.
You will automatically be e-mailed an order confirmation, typically within a few minutes of purchase. The e-mail will include a link where you can check your order status. You will also be e-mailed when your order ships, and this e-mail will include your tracking information. Our computerized e-mail system only currently works with online orders; phone orders will not receive confirmation and tracking updates.
Shipping Policies & Time in Transit
Most orders will be processed and shipped on the same or next business day, depending on the time you order, the number of orders ahead of yours in the queue, and item availibility. Some items such as complete computer systems, barebones, motherboard combos, and external hard drive kits require professional assembly and testing which may take a few business days before shipping. If you are in a mission-critical situation, please phone our sales staff at 877-328-3248 for rush processing options.
When you check out, you will have the opportunity to change your shipping method to an expedited method such as Next Day Air. Please be aware that this does not necessarily mean that you will receive your package the day after you place your order. For example, UPS does not deliver on weekends and certain holidays, and does not include the pickup date as a day in transit. Shipping methods like Second Day Air refer to business days (Monday through Friday), and do not count weekends or holidays.
Since we are centrally located in the midwest, ground shipping to most of the country is only three to four business days. Please refer the UPS shipping map below. US Postal Service does not have exact delivery estimates like UPS, but they can usually deliver within a day or two of the posted UPS times.

If your package is damaged or lost, contact us immediately so we can get a replacement sent to you. In the event you mis-typed your address at checkout or need the shipping address changed, contact us immediately at 877-328-3248. Do not contact UPS, as they cannot change the shipping address without our permission. UPS charges a $12 intercept fee per package for this service, which you will be charged for. Orders being redirected to an address other than the billing address must undergo additional credit card verification procedures, and such requests may not be honored at our discretion
Order Changes & Cancellation
Because most of our orders ship on the same business day, we cannot guarantee that an order can be modified or cancelled before it goes to our warehouse for processing. If you made a typo in your address or wish to cancel your order, immediately e-mail changes@3btech.net or phone 877-328-3248 . Have your order number ready for fastest service.
We cannot add items to orders that have been finalized. If you wish to add an item to an order, simply place a new order through the website and request in the Comments field that we ship with your previous order.
