Please read carefully all terms & conditions before submitting this request form

  • Our representatives cannot issue RMA numbers over the phone. Fill out the online form below to request that an RMA number be e-mailed to you.
  • We offer toll-free technical support as a convenience to our customers. Please call 877-328-3248 Option 3, or e-mail support@3btech.net if you wish to troubleshoot your problem with a technician.
  • Please be sure to backup your hard drive, we will not be held responsible for any data loss.
  • Warranty work is done for hardware defects only.
  • All units must be accompanied by original proof of purchase (copy of invoice)and a valid RMA number. Items returned without an RMA number will not be processed.
  • Warranties are void if the factory seal is broken. Customer may be charged as percent-of-warranty repair.
  • All Returns are Subject to a 15% Restocking Fee if no problem is detected by the technician.
  • Return freight will be at customer's expense.
  • Physical damages to unit sustained during transit voids any warranties.
  • Please mention all third party hardware (if any) installed in a system. (We are not responsible for any third party hardware or any problem caused by it. Please remove all third party hardware before sending the system for repair.)

    Item(s) being returned must be in original or equivalent packaging with all disks, manuals, registrations cards, etc. Any packages received which are not adequately packaged in original box with original packing material or equivalent packaging, or packages without visible RMA numbers on them will be returned to sender with all warranties void.

    *Return the package prepaid. (sorry, we can not accept COD's) for your safety, please return insured.
    *RMA forms partially filled or without detailed description of the problem may be rejected.
